HISTORY of the VOLGA

In much the same way a mangy, downtrodden and abandoned puppy is rescued from starvation, and lovingly fed and nutured back to full health by a compassionate owner, so too was the Classic Driver’s Volga rescued from the scrapheap and iminent destruction, and restored to prime condition by Mr Nowak and friends. Bought half way from death from a local wreckyard, Nowak slowly nursed the beautiful beast back to life, starting with the gruelling engine work and interior right the way through to bodywork and a shiny new paint job (classic Soviet black of course!). Today you’ll be hard pressed to find a better looking vehicle on the mean streets of Krakow!
