Please read through our terms and conditions carefully, so that you understand your side of the agreement.
MobileHire’s hire charges are non-refundable after the initial hire time has been agreed and paid for.
The customer is responsible for paying for all credit used on the hire phone in every circumstance.
MobileHire is responsible for testing every phone before hire period to ensure customer receives phone in fully-functional condition. The customer is subsequently liable (to the value of their deposit) for the phone, and forfeits their deposit in the case of loss, theft or breakage of the phone or any failure to return the phone in fully-functional condition. MobileHire requests that all of its customers check that their phones are fully-functional immediately upon receipt and notify MobileHire if this is not the case.
The customer does not have permission to sublet or loan the phone to anybody else for any reason, and is always the one responsible for the return of the phone and equipment.
During their custody of the phone the customer agrees that they will not modify, interfere with or deface the phone in any way, and that they are liable for the full cost of their deposit if they do so.
Although every endeavour will be made to ensure timely delivery of phones and equipment, MobileHire accepts no liability for late delivery or non-delivery of phones and equipment.
Although MobileHire makes every endeavour to ensure that its equipment is fully-functional upon delivery it does not accept any liability for performance of the hire equipment.
MobileHire does not accept any liability for performance of the phone Networks.
