Renting a phone with MobileHire is easy! Simply fill out the online form letting us know when you are coming to Krakow, where you are staying, and the maximum amount of phone credit you want to spend during your stay. We will meet you at your hotel to deliver your mobiles (plus chargers) with the credit already on the phone. You simply pay us the rental costs (non-refundable) the cost of the credit (all unused credit, fully refundable) and the deposit (fully refundable, upon safe return of the equipment).
You are now free to roam Krakow with your trusty handset, until the agreed collection time. Upon collection of the handsets and chargers we will refund all monies owed to you – namely your unused credit and your full deposit. During the rental period you are liable for the safekeeping of all the equipment up to full value of your deposit – see our terms and conditions.
