| Q: How are the phones delivered? |
| A: We can deliver the phones to your hotel, or to any other place in Krakow. You must simply specify the exact time and place and one of our representatives will meet you there. |
| Q: What if I run out of credit and I want to buy more? |
| A: Simply contact us, or buy a top up card from one of the places we recommend (we can give you a list of places when we deliver the handsets). |
| Q: We are coming with a group of twenty blokes and we need about ten handsets. Can you arrange that for us? |
| A: Sure. We can arrange for delivery of as many handsets as you need! |
| Q: What are the rates for calling abroad? |
| A: Please see our ‘offer’ section on our main page. |
| Q: What happens if I lose the phone? |
| A: You forfeit your deposit. |
| Q: What if the phone is stolen? |
| A: You forfeit your deposit. |
| Q: What happens if I lose the phone charger? |
| A: In the case of loss of charger we will deduct 20 Euros from your deposit. |
| Q: What should I do if I experience any technical problems with the phone? |
| A: Contact us immediately from your hotel. |
| Q: What languages are available on the phone interface? |
| A: English, German, and French. All our phones will be set to the English language, so please specify beforehand if you would prefer another language. |
| Q: Can I resign from your services once I have already received the handset? |
| A: You can return the handset at anytime and receive your deposit back, however you will not be refunded your initial hire costs. (However if you hired the phone for in excess of three days, you will only be charged for three days hire cost - on top of the number of full days you had the handset for.) |
